Humanize Consulting is a Vancouver business that supports organizations in building spaces that are safe(r) and inclusive to all marginalized groups through the delivery of interactive workshops and presentations.

I partnered with them to redesign their website and create a consistent brand for their digital communications. Their website and social media are their most important outreach tools, so having a consistent digital identity was essential to them.

The new site presents their vision in a clearer, cleaner and more concise way to help position them in the digital space, allowing potential clients to understand what they do, who they are and how to get in touch with them.

The home page was restructured to showcase what Humanize does, how they impact their partners and to have clear call to actions to prompt users to schedule a workshop or learn more about the company.

Workshops page

The workshops page has the most amount of information. The redesign added information about the process of booking and crafting a workshop, a list of general topics and and expanded view of the workshop topics with their learning objectives

The website is fully responsive, follows accessibility guidelines and it was made in Wordpress to facilitate the content management for the company who are constantly updating and adding workshops and need an easy way to update the information online.

The website redesign sparked a rebranding for the company. Since inclusion and accessibility are an essential aspect of the work Humanize does, the website and brand identity were created following accessibility guidelines to ensure that font sizes, color contrast and navigation make the content accessible to a variety of users.

Taking their logo, chosen color palette and new digital identity, more pieces and templates were crafted to unify all their digital communications through the social media channels that are essential to their business such as: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn and their email newsletter.
